If the PasswordAuthentication setting in OpenSSH is set to “No”, jsch will not be able to connect to the server. Command-line SSH clients will work fine using keyboard-interactive logins.

The workaround is to implement com.jcraft.jsch.UIKeyboardInteractive? interface and pass it to Session object by setUserInfo? method. For example, refer to MyUserInfo? class defined in UserAuthKI.java.
